Cancellation & booking terms

You can cancel or rearrange without charge with more than 48 hours’ notice. With less notice, a reasonable charge may apply only where Military Clean suffers a genuine financial loss. Normal caps are 25% for 24–48 hours and 50% for under 24 hours. See our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
